Return Policy

Applicable Conditions

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the day of parcel receipt due to product quality issues.
  • Due to hygiene and epidemic prevention reasons, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Important Notes

  • If you question the product's quality, please provide a quality inspection report issued by an authoritative institution. If the issue is verified, a return will be processed.
  • For returns or exchanges due to allergies or other adverse physical reactions, relevant medical certification from a hospital is required.
  • Products damaged due to personal reasons are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products with anti-counterfeit codes cannot be returned once the code is scratched off.
  • When returning a product, any accompanying gifts must also be returned. If the gift is missing, the main product will not be fully refunded (no need to return gifts for exchanges).

  • Provide the order number, the name and quantity of the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  • Our customer service will contact you within 1-3 business days to handle your request.
