Shipping Policy

Delivery Information After your order is placed, you will receive an email notification containing your order information and status. You can click the link in the email to view the details of your order. Once the order is dispatched, the page linked in the email will update with the tracking number and the estimated arrival date.

Delivery Method We use AUPOST for all our deliveries.

Delivery Area Our delivery area includes all regions of Australia, centered around Sydney, including Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin, Tasmania, etc.

Delivery Charges For all orders over A$150 (Australian dollars), shipping is free. For orders under A$150, a uniform shipping fee of A$10 (Australian dollars) applies.

Important Notes Failed Delivery/Returned Parcels If a parcel is returned due to incorrect recipient name or delivery address provided by you, or if the parcel is not collected from the post office for a long time and is returned, or for other personal reasons leading to the return of the parcel, please contact Matcha Beauty customer service to confirm the next steps:

  • If the parcel needs to be resent, you will have to pay the shipping costs for the second dispatch.
  • If you request to cancel the order, we will deduct the shipping costs and charge a handling fee of A$10 (Australian dollars) for the goods in and out of the warehouse. The remaining total amount of the order will be refunded in full.
